1. Consultancy & Service Fees
(Visa Assistance, Interview Preparation, Test Preparation)
All service fees related to:
- Malaysia student visa consultancy
- Visa file preparation
- Interview preparation sessions
- Mock interviews
- Test preparation guidance
are non-refundable once the service has been delivered.
Please note:
- Visa approval is solely the decision of Malaysian immigration authorities.
- Zee Bridge does not guarantee visa approval.
- Service fees are not refundable in case of visa rejection.
2. Appointment Cancellations
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
- Late cancellations may not qualify for refunds.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
3. Book & Study Material Returns (Physical Products)
Our return policy lasts 7 days from delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused.
- It must be in original condition.
- It must be in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.

- Opened or damaged items not caused by our error

4. Refund Process

5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
