  • Document attestation assistance
  • Interview preparation services
  • Test preparation guidance
  • Sale of test preparation books
  • Sale of job interview preparation books
  • Any related educational consultancy services

2. How is a consultation or service confirmed?

Consultations and services are confirmed after:

  • Required payment (if applicable), and
  • Submission of necessary documents for review and verification.

For books or study materials, orders are confirmed after successful payment.


3. Can service fees or book prices change?

Yes. Service fees and book prices may change depending on:

  • Visa type or country requirements
  • Urgency of application
  • Changes in embassy or government policies
  • Updated editions of books or materials

Prices listed on the website at the time of purchase will apply.


4. Can appointments be cancelled or rescheduled?

Yes. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Late cancellations may result in rescheduling charges.


5. Are urgent applications accepted?

Yes, urgent visa file preparation or consultation services may be available subject to availability and additional charges.


6. Are consultations recorded?

No. Consultations are not recorded unless required for quality or training purposes and only with the client’s consent.


7. Does Zee Bridge guarantee visa approval?

No. Visa approval is solely at the discretion of the relevant embassy or immigration authority.

Zee Bridge provides professional guidance and assistance but does not guarantee visa approval.


8. Does Zee Bridge guarantee test success or job placement?

No. While we provide interview training and test preparation materials, we do not guarantee:

  • Test passing results
  • Job placement
  • University admission

Success depends on individual performance and external decision-making authorities.


9. Can services or sales be refused?

Yes. Zee Bridge reserves the right to refuse services if:

  • False or misleading information is provided
  • Fraudulent or fake documents are submitted
  • The case violates legal or ethical guidelines
  • Payment is not completed

10. Book Sales & Refund Policy

  • Books once sold (physical or digital) are non-refundable, unless damaged or incorrect items are delivered.
  • Digital materials may not be copied, distributed, or resold.
  • Unauthorized reproduction of our materials is strictly prohibited.

11. What if a client is late?

If a client is late for an appointment, the session may be shortened or rescheduled depending on availability.


12. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Submit genuine and complete documents
  • Respect intellectual property rights of books and materials
  • Attend meetings on time
  • Follow embassy and university guidelines
  • Pay all applicable service fees on time

13. What if a visa application is rejected?

If a visa application is rejected:

  • Zee Bridge may guide you on reapplication options.
  • Service fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
